Overview

Your business may qualify for grants to train your existing workforce in new skills. Matching grants range from $5,000 to $50,000 per calendar year. They can include industry-specific skills, technical or technological skills, written and oral communication, and mathematics or science. A Business Services Consultant will work directly with your company to design, develop and provide funding for projects. You can also get help to locate appropriate training providers.

Eligibility

You must be a Connecticut-based manufacturer with 2,000 employees or fewer and be registered to conduct business for not less than 12 months. Eligible industries include but are not limited to aerospace, medical devices, composite materials, digital manufacturing, other technologically advanced commercial products and services in the supply chain.
