Grant Process

After DEMHS secures funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), DEMHS begins the EMPG State and Local Assistance (SLA) process. This process includes the following steps:

• Application
• Subgrant Contract Execution
• Project Performance and Monitoring
• Reimbursement and Closeout
