Registering as an organ and tissue donor is easy! Over 1 million Connecticut residents have already declared their decision to donate.

Online. Visit the Donate Life New England website and follow the instructions.
Through the mail. You can change your donor status by completing DMV's Change of Address form - For Individuals | For Organizations.
