SIDES E-Response is a secure website that organizations can use to electronically exchange UI information with state labor agencies. When a UI claim is processed, the Connecticut Department of Labor (CTDOL) sends a notification email within 24 hours to the employer’s designated email address requesting they log into SIDES E-Response.
The notification email contains a link to the SIDES E-Response website to facilitate access. Participating employers must submit a response within 10 calendar days to the request for UI information online and will receive a date-stamped confirmation of receipt.
