Do we need to file a CON to end our imaging service or remove scanners?
If you're a hospital or large group practice that wants to stop offering your current imaging service, please fill out a Certificate of Need form. This applies to removing MRI, CT, PET, PET-CT, or LinAC scanners.
If you are ending your imaging service but are NOT a hospital or large group practice, you do not have to fill out a CON form.
