Which group practices must file an annual report with the Office of Health Strategy?
Connecticut General Statutes (C.G.S.) §19a-486i(g) and (h), which were amended by Section 56(g) and (h) of Public Act 18-91, say these group practices must file an annual report with the Office of Health Strategy:
- hospital-owned group practices
- hospital-affiliated group practices
- group practices with 30 or more physicians
“Group practice” is defined in C.G.S., §19a-486i(a)(10).
