How do I submit an application? Applicants will be required to submit a coversheet, narrative, and budget. Please contact Melissa Conway at Melissa.conway@ct.gov.

How do I receive cash under my grant award? Cash requests are submitted to OPM CJPPD via the Cash Request Form.

Can I pay for travel that will occur after the grant end date? No, all activities and expenditures must occur during the grant period.

Where do I submit a quarterly expenditure report or progress report? Quarterly financial reports and progress reports are submitted via email or mail to the OPM grant administrator. Please see the reporting requirements tab for more information.
