Trainer Rate – On the Job Training

  • Businesses will be reimbursed for the one-to-one time spent with the trainee.
  • The training program can be negotiated on the following factors:
    • Job duties / Training objectives
    • Transferable skills of the trainee
    • Overall onboarding process

How it works:

  • The business completes a W-9 and the State of Connecticut Agency Vendor Form.
  • An agreement is created as a guideline for the duration of the training, job title and reimbursement amount. All parties sign!
  • A Workforce Counselor is available to answer questions and provide supports to the business from beginning to end.
