On the Job Training

Businesses will be reimbursed for the one-to-one time spent with the trainee.
The training program can be negotiated on the following factors:
- Job duties / Training objectives
- Transferable skills of the trainee
- Overall onboarding process

How it works:

The business completes a W-9 and the State of Connecticut Agency Vendor Form.
An agreement is created as a guideline for the duration of the training, job title and reimbursement amount. All parties sign!
A Workforce Counselor is available to answer questions and provide supports to the business from beginning to end.
