Please Note: The Bureau of certification cannot evaluate unofficial transcripts attached to an email. In order to determine your eligibility for Connecticut certification, you will need to submit a formal application, the $50 nonrefundable review fee, and official transcripts.

Important Note: Emailed or faxed applications and forms with signatures cannot be accepted, including ED 125, ED 126, ED 711, and all other paper-based applications.
