The COVID-19 crisis requires all of us think creatively about how to carry out responsibilities to help all students and families, especially families with added vulnerabilities. Join us as we high-light strategies and resources that connect the Connecticut’s Definition and Guiding Principles for Family Engagement to serving at-risk, vulnerable populations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Learn about strategies for serving low-income families in afterschool and summer programs; immigrant and emergent bilingual families; and highly mobile and homeless families.
