Overview

To ensure that districts use effective survey instruments in the teacher evaluation process, and to allow educators to share results across district boundaries, CSDE has adopted recommended student survey instruments as part of the SEED State Model for teacher evaluation. Panorama Education developed the surveys for use in the State of Connecticut, and CSDE has arranged to make the survey instruments available to Connecticut districts at no cost. Districts are strongly encouraged to use these State Model surveys.
