In addition to the Parent Information Center, the Regional School Choice Office (RSCO) partners with a number of community organizations to offer application assistance and general information about RSCO magnet schools and programming.
The Regional School Choice Office (RSCO) school choice application includes the Greater Hartford Region technical high schools, the Open Choice Program and interdistrict magnet schools. Parents and guardians with children who reside in Connecticut at the time of application are eligible to apply.

RSCO operates a regional transportation system that serves the Greater Hartford regional school choice programs which offers various options, including traditional school bus transport, vans, public bus passes, and parent stipends, where appropriate.
