  This booklet is mailed to the claimant whenever an appeal has been filed, helps the claimant prepare for their hearing and explains the unemployment compensation laws and regulations.

  A party has 21-days, from the date of the Administrator's predetermination decision, to file an appeal, in-person, by fax, internet or by U.S. mail or a private delivery service approved by the IRS.
