BITS Service Desk

Overview

The Department of Administrative Services Bureau of Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Service Desk serves as the single point of contact for all client information technology inquiries, requests and incidents.

The Service Desk is staffed with technology professionals whose primary goal is to provide answers and resolutions in a timely manner.  All reported inquiries, requests and incidents are tracked through completion in our BITS Service Portal

The BITS Service Portal is a customer centric portal which allows state employees to quickly submit, update and view IT requests and incidents and is available 24 hours a day.
