What kind of job training can I get from DDS?
Project SEARCH is a nine-month internship training program, available to school transition age students and young adults eligible for DDS services, who need more intensive employment skills training. Learn more about Project Search.
DDS also offers several types of employment that include training. Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) provides job coaching support if needed based on Level of Need (LON). Individualized Supported Employment (ISE) provides an employment specialist (job coach) to help you find work, train you, and then gradually reduce time at the job once you’re comfortable.
