The month of April is Sexual Abuse Prevention and Awareness month. DDS is pleased to announce the launch of the DDS Awareness Campaign to spread the word about Sexual Abuse Prevention and Awareness against individuals with intellectual and developmental disability (ID/DD). Please join us in taking action to “spread the word” to individuals, staff, family and friends to empower people with ID/DD to prevent, intervene and bring awareness of sexual abuse and/or assault. Also, be on the lookout for the hashtag #itsnotokCT in DDS social media outlets as a way to bring awareness! Thank you visiting this site!
