DDS Commissioner, Jordan Scheff and Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics, Josh Scalora recently attended the 2019 National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS) Annual Conference and Director’s Forum: Linking Technology and Quality Through Innovation in Statewide Systems in Virginia, where they presented on the Department’s new incident management system – Pulselight. DDS is thankful for the opportunity to share new initiatives with sister states and engage with our partners across the country to improve services to individuals with intellectual disability.
