DDS Participates in the Annual LeanCT Showcase

Last week, DDS participated in the annual LeanCT Showcase at the Capitol to educate visitors on how the state is using process improvement to make a lasting impact on customer experience.  In partnership with OPM, DPH, DCF and our provider partners from the Alliance, we presented on our collaborative work on efficiencies that continue to benefit our provider community.  Specific initiatives that were highlighted throughout the event included our ongoing efforts to streamline licensure requirements and the establishment of one Universal Medication Administration standard across health and human service agencies.  For more information about LeanCT please click here.
