Nomination Information
Nominations can be submitted by sending an email to dds.mission@ct.gov. The following information is needed to process a nomination:
- Name of the nominee
- Job description
- Region
- Brief description of the reason why the person is being nominated and how it relates to the mission.
- Name of the person who has made the nomination town or region where they live or work.
- If name/photos of supported individuals are submitted, the attached Authorization for Release Name/Photography/Video Form must be submitted in order to include the individuals name/photograph in the published story.
Nominations will be reviewed on a bi-weekly basis by designated DDS staff and announced on the DDS Mission Page website.
