Wilton, Connecticut – Connecticut Department of Transportation officials are announcing that Catalpa Road will be closed from Monday June 23 at 7:00 am until Friday, June 27, 2008 at 3:00 pm. The closure is required to reconstruct a portion of Catalpa Road. Motorists will be able to access Kristine Lilly Way from School Road and High School Drive.
The work is part of the overall project on Route 7 in Wilton that will accommodate two travel lanes, both northbound and southbound, for a length of approximately three miles from Wolfpit Road to Olmstead Hill Road. The project is scheduled for completion in April 2010.
Please use caution when traveling through the construction work zone to ensure the safety of motorists and construction personnel.
