Bridge inspection - I-84 Eastbound and Westbound in Hartford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation announced today that a routine bridge inspection will be performed on I-84 Eastbound between exits 44 and 46 and on I-84 Westbound at Exit 48 in Hartford. This project is scheduled to take place on the morning of Sunday, April 5, 2009.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The work schedule for this project is 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
