Bridge Inspection - I-95 Southbound Between Exits 45 and 50 and I-91 northbound Between I-95 and Exit 2 in New Haven

The Connecticut Department of Transportation announced today that a routine bridge inspection will be performed on I-95 southbound between Exits 45 and 50 and on I-91 northbound between I-95 and Exit 2 in New Haven. This project is scheduled to take place on Saturday April 4, 2009.

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to close the left lane on I-95 and I-91. The regular work schedule for this project is 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
