I-95 Southbound, Exit 36 (Plains Road Off Ramp) in Milford scheduled to be closed Tuesday, 4/28/09 from 10:00pm until Wednesday, 4/29/09 at 6:00am

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that construction work on I-95 in the town of Milford will require the closure of the southbound off ramp to Plains Road, Exit 36.

The contractor is scheduled to close the I-95 southbound Plains Road off ramp Tuesday, 4/28/09 from 10:00pm until Wednesday, 4/29/09 at 6:00am, weather permitting. In case of inclement weather the schedule will be moved to Wednesday night, 4/29/09 with an alternate date of Thursday night 4/30/09.

Motorists can expect lane closures in either direction on I-95 as milling work and repairs continue. The regular work schedule for this project is 8:00pm – 6:00am (Monday – Thursday).
