Pavement Milling Operation Scheduled On Route 7 in Wilton For Monday night, June 15, 2009
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that pavement milling operations will be occurring in various locations on Route 7, between Wolfpit and Olmstead Hill Roads, on Monday night, June 15, 2009 from 8 PM to 6 AM.
Motorists should anticipate delays as there may be alternating one-way traffic and intermittent traffic stoppages. Wilton police will be available to direct traffic and assist motorists.
The work is part of the overall project to widen Route 7 in Wilton and will accommodate two travel lanes, both northbound and southbound, for a length of approximately three miles from Wolfpit Road to Olmstead Hill Road. The project is scheduled for completion in April 2010.
