Postponement of State Street Bridge Closure over the Mill River in New Haven

The Connecticut Department of Transportation and the City of New Haven are announcing that the closure of State Street between Lawrence Street and James Street in New Haven is being postponed until end of November 2009.

Notification of the new date for closure will be issued as soon as a the exact date is known.

The Contract was awarded to C.J. Fucci Construction Inc. on Mary 2, 2009 at a cost of $5,071,068.05 and scheduled to be completed by May 5, 2011.
