Weekend Bridge Inspections - I-84 and I-91 in Hartford and West Hartford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that routine bridge inspections will be performed on Interstates 84 and 91 in Hartford and West Hartford on Saturday, May 30, and Sunday, May 31, 2009.
The inspections will take place at the following locations:
· Saturday, May 30, 2009 – I-91 (southbound) between Exits 29A and 26 in Hartford
· Sunday, May 31, 2009 – I-84 (eastbound) between Exits 35 and 45 in West Hartford , 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.
Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
