Additional Nighttime Ramp Closures Scheduled for Week of April 26, 2010 on Route 15 in the Towns of Fairfield and Trumbull
The Connecticut Department of Transportations is announcing additional nighttime ramp closures along Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) in the towns of Fairfield and Trumbull. Ramps are being milled and paved and will be closed from 10 PM to 5 AM, weather permitting. Detour signs will direct motorists to alternate routes and exits.
Rt.15 southbound
Monday, 4/26 – Exit 48 (Rt. 111) on and off ramps
Rt.15 northbound
Monday, 4/26 and Wednesday, 4/28/10- Exit 46 (Rt. 59) on and off ramps
Wednesday, 4/28 and Friday, 4/30 – Exit 49 ramp
Thursday, 4/29 and Friday, 4/30 – Exit 50 on ramp
Thursday, 4/29 and Friday, 4/30 – Exit 51 off ramp
The work is part of DOT Project Nos. 0050-204/206 and 144-178/180, an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act project which is scheduled for completion by August 2012.
