Milling and Paving - Route 688 (Butts Bridge Rd.) from overpass of Providence & Worcester Railroad to Route 12 in Canterbury
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on SR 688 (Butts Bridge Rd.) from the overpass of Providence & Worcester Railroad to Route 12 in Canterbury. This project is scheduled to take place on Thursday, May 27, 2010 and continue through Tuesday, June 8, 2010.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
