Milling and Paving on Route 148 from Route 79 to Route 81 in Killingworth
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and paving project will be performed on Route 148 from Route 79 to Route 81 in Killingworth. This project is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 2, 2010 and continue through Tuesday, August 3, 2010.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Tuesday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
