Milling and Paving on Route 7 from the Canaan Town Line to Route 44 in North Canaan
The Connecticut Department Transportation is announcing that a milling and paving project will be performed on Route 7 from Canaan Town Line to Route 44 in North Canaan. This project is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 23, 2010 and continue through Monday, August 30, 2010.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday – Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
