Milling and Resurfacing on Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) Northbound & Southbound in Norwalk
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) Northbound and Southbound between Exits 38 and 41 in Norwalk. This project is expected to begin on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 and continue to Tuesday, October 5, 2010.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. (Northbound), and 8:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. (Southbound). Milling is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and resurfacing is scheduled for Sunday and Monday evenings.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
