Route 213 Detour for Milling and Paving Project from Quarry Road to Shore Road in Waterford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a paving project will be performed on Route 213 between Quarry Road and Shore Road in Waterford. Route 213 will be closed while the work is being performed and a posted detour will be in effect. This project is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 19, 2010 and continue through Friday, July 23, 2010.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
