Milling and Resurfacing on Route 168 from the Mass. State line to Babbs Road in Suffield

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 168 from the Mass. State line to Babbs Road in Suffield. This project is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 and continue through Tuesday, May 17, 2011.

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday).

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
