Milling and Resurfacing Project on Route 147 (Baileyville Road) in Middlefield
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that milling and resurfacing will be performed on Route 147 (Baileyville Road) between Route 157 (Main Street) and Route 66 (Meriden Road) in Middlefield. This project is expected to occur Tuesday, September 6, 2011 to Thursday, September 15, 2011.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
