Milling and Resurfacing Project on Route 202 in Litchfield/Torrington
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that milling and resurfacing will be performed on Route 202 between the Bantam River Bridge in Litchfield and Walnut Street in Torrington. This project is expected to occur Monday, July 25, 2011 to Friday, August 19, 2011.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
