Additional Lane Closure Information For Pavement Preservation Project on I-395 in the Towns of Griswold and Plainfield
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is providing additional information on the allowable hours of work for a pavement preservation project on I-395 from exit 86 (Route 201) to exit 90 (Route 695) in the towns of Griswold and Plainfield.
LANE CLOSURE INFO – The contractor is restricted from closing lanes during the following periods. At all other times motorists can expect lane closures:
I-395 North
No lane closures Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
I-395 South
No lane closures Monday – Thursday from 3 pm. to 5 p.m. and Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Ramps and all other roadways
No lane closures Monday – Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
No lane closures Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
DOT Project No. 057-0117 was awarded to American Industries, Inc. at a cost of $on May 18, 2012 and is scheduled to be completed in November 2012.
