Detour for Tree Removal Project on Route 207 (Exeter Road) in Lebanon/Franklin
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a tree removal project will be performed on Route 207 (Exeter Road) in Lebanon/Franklin. This work will require a detour to be implemented on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 through Thursday, March 8, 2012.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the detour. Motorists traveling westbound on Route 207 (Exeter Road) in Lebanon will be directed to Route 87 South (Trumbull Highway) to Route 32 North (Windham Turnpike) and back to Route 207 (Pond Road) in Franklin. Motorists traveling eastbound on Route 207 (Pond Road) in Franklin will be directed to Route 32 South (Windham Turnpike) to Route 87 North (Norwich-Lebanon Road) and back to Route 207 (Exeter Road) in Lebanon.
The regular work schedule for this project is 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Tuesday – Thursday). Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
