Milling and Resurfacing Project, Route 69 in Bristol
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 69 in Bristol.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a .70 mile segment of Route 69 (West Street) between the beginning of the Route 6 overlap and Route 72. This project is scheduled to occur Thursday, July 5, 2012 to Thursday, July 12, 2012. This project is anticipated to have two days of milling, with the paving segment of the project resuming on Wednesday, July 11, 2012.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2012 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (weekdays).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
