Bridge Maintenance, I-684 Northbound, in Greenwich
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a bridge maintenance project will be performed on I- 684 Northbound in Greenwich. The project consists of bridge deck repair on Bridge No. 03514 over the Byram River in Greenwich. This project is scheduled to occur Monday, May 6, 2013 through Friday May 17, 2013.
Motorists can expect lane closures on I-684 northbound between Exit 2 and Exit 3. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Monday – Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
