Milling and Resurfacing along Route 30 in Vernon
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 30 in Vernon, July 15-24, 2013.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 1.26 mile segment of Route 30 in Vernon. This project is scheduled to occur Monday, July 15, 2013 to Wednesday, July 24, 2013. The resurfacing segment of this project is anticipated to be performed commencing on Monday, July 22, 2013.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 30 between .06 mile west of Mount Road and the Tolland Town Line. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
