Milling and Resurfacing Project on Route 4 in Harwington
The project entails milling and resurfacing on the segment of Route 4 between Route 118 and the Torrington town line in Harwinton. This project is scheduled to occur Wednesday, May 29, 2013, and continue through Thursday, June 13, 2013.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
