Milling and Resurfacing project, Route 10 (Fitch/Arch Street) in New Haven and Hamden
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 1.58 mile segment of Route 10 in New Haven and Hamden. This project is scheduled to occur Monday, June 10, 2013, to Tuesday, June 25, 2013.
Motorists can expect
lane closures to occur on Route 10 (Fitch/Arch Street) between Route 63 in New
Haven and Dixwell Avenue #1 in Hamden. Traffic
control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists
through the work zone. Three days of
milling are anticipated with the resurfacing segment of the project commencing on
Wednesday, June 19, 2013. The regular work schedule for this project is from 7:00
a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (weekdays).
Motorists should be
aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary
due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe
speed when driving in this vicinity.
