Milling and Resurfacing Project, Route 318 in Barkhamsted
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 1.67 mile segment of Route 318 in Barkhamsted. This project is scheduled to occur Thursday, May 23, 2013, to Friday, May 31, 2013.
Motorists can expect lane closures to occur on Route 318 between Route 181 and Route 219. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (weekdays). No work will be performed during the Memorial Day Holiday (May 27, 2013).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
