Milling and Resurfacing Project, Routes 150 and 71 (Old Colony Road) in Wallingford
The project consists of milling and resurfacing 0.69 mile of Routes 150 and 71 (Old Colony Road) in Wallingford. This project is scheduled to occur Tuesday, September 17, 2013, to Wednesday, October 2, 2013. The resurfacing segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Monday, September 23, 2013, to Wednesday, October 2, 2013.
Motorists
can expect lane closures on Route 150 from access southbound Route 15
to Route 5 and on Route 71 (Old Colony Road) from Route 5 to north
junction Route 150. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns
will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The
regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 a.m.
(Monday – Friday).
Motorists
should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may
become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen
conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when
driving in this vicinity.
