Nighttime Bridge Maintenance, Various Bridges on I-95, NB in Bridgeport and Stratford
The project consists of asphaltic plug joint repairs on the bridges listed below. This work is scheduled to occur on the evening of Monday, October 28, 2013, through the morning of Friday, November 15, 2013.
Bridgeport – Bridge #00120 over Central Ave.
Stratford – Bridge #00121 over Union Ave.
Stratford – Bridge #00122 over Route 113 (Hollister Ave.)
Stratford – Bridge #00123 over Surf Ave.
Stratford – Bridge #00124 over Stagg St.
Stratford – Bridge #00128 over Route 130 (Stratford Ave.)
Stratford – Bridge #00129 over West Broad St.
Stratford – Bridge #00130 over Church St.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on I-95 NB between Exit 29 (Seaview Ave.) in Bridgeport and Exit 33 (Route 130) in Stratford. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Monday through Thursday evenings).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
