Pavement Marking Project, Various Routes in Central Connecticut
The project consists of long line epoxy pavement marking applications on various routes in Central Connecticut. This project is scheduled to occur the evening of Sunday, April 28, 2013 to the morning of Wednesday, May 1, 2013.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is on 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday - Tuesday evenings).
Segments of the following routes are included in this project: Scott Swamp Road (SR 552) and Route 6 in Farmington, Route 229 in Bristol, and Route 83 in Glastonbury.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
