Tree Removal along Clapboard Road in Bridgewater; Lane Closure Required

      The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing a tree removal project in the town of Bridgewater on Clapboard Road, (SR 867) on Wednesday, August 21, 2013.

      The project consists of a tree removal on Clapboard Road, (SR 867), in the town of Bridgewater.  This project is scheduled to occur Wednesday, August 21^st from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Rain date is Thursday, August 22, 2013. 

LANE CLOSURE INFO:

      Clapboard Road will be closed from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for tree removal.  Use Route 133 as an alternative [from New Milford Road (Route 67) to Keeler Road (1/10 of a mile distance)].

      Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
