Update – Glastonbury/Wethersfield: No Directional Weekend Closures are Currently Scheduled for Route 3 Southbound on the William H. Putnam Bridge over the Connecticut River

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that no full directional  closures for Route 3 southbound are currently scheduled for this project.   Traffic will continue to be reduced to a single lane in each direction during weekends to facilitate the bridge reconstruction activities. Any potential full directional closure scenarios that may be required will be advertised a minimum of two weeks in advance.
