Milling and Resurfacing on Rt 74 in Vernon/Tolland & Rt 30 in Tolland
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will continue on Route 74 in Vernon/Tolland and Route 30 in Tolland through Monday, August 31, 2015.
The project consists of resurfacing a 2.08 mile segment of Route 74 in and a 1.18 mile segment of Route 30.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 74 between Rt. 31 (Grove St.) and Rt. 30 in Vernon and Tolland, and Rt. 30 between the Vernon Town Line and Rt. 74 (Tolland Stage Rd.) Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday–Friday)
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
