New Haven – Hartford – Springfield Rail Program Pigeon Hill Wetland Mitigation Site in the Town of Windsor
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the start of work for the creation of the Pigeon Hill Road wetland mitigation site in the Town of Windsor.
The project consists of 0.37 acres of
wetland restoration and 9.91 acres of wetland enhancement to be completed at 51
Pigeon Hill Road in Windsor, CT.
DOT
Project No. 0170-3293 was awarded to Empire Paving, Inc. at a cost of $1,864,676.76
on February 13, 2015 and is scheduled to be completed on May 15, 2018.
